Supervise, coordinate and manage Sales Coordinators and Merchandisers and ensures the later is always equipped with updated product knowledge and necessary training.
- Must be a bachelor’s degree of any course.
- Must have pleasing personality.
- With at least 2 -5 years of working experience in handling and supervising employees.
- Preferably with working knowledge in Retail industry (SM Affiliates, Depot and other Similar Industries).
- Must be keen to details and with knowledge in maintaining and developing employee databases and plantilla.
- Must know how to train and develop training modules.
